For Local Agents

• 6% is paid on deals that are a minimum of 12 months of scheduled rent.
• Commission is paid on the value of 1st years rent only.

For Regional and National Web Based Referral Services

• 10% is paid on deals that are a minimum of 12 months of scheduled rent.
• Commission is paid on the value of 1st years rent only. Commission will be paid after tenant takes possession of office, pays security deposit and 1st months rent. Agreements must be at least a 1-year term. There is no need for you to spend any time on this. Please give us your client's name and phone number and we will take it from there and send you a commission. Think of it as "Easy Money for Name Dropping".
