Conference Room Usage
Whether you need a conference room for a few hours a day or a few hours a week, Regency Executive Offices will be able to accommodate you needs. We offer 2 Part Time Conference Room programs:
Part Time Tenant Program with 24 Hour Access
- A conference room will be appointed to you for your occasional use.
- All of the Executive Suite Advantages are included.
- You'll have access to the building 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- You'll have eighteen hours of conference room time a month for just a small fee of $425 a month.
Part Time Tenant Program within Normal Business Hours
- A conference room will be appointed to you for your occasional use.
- All of the Executive Suite Advantages are included.
- You'll have access to the building during our business hours, Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
- You'll have eighteen hours of conference room time a month for just a small fee of $300 a month.
Daily Conference Room Usage
(Per Diem only, Not Associated with any tenant program.)
If you are just in need of a Conference Room for one day out of the month or year, Regency Executive Offices also provides Conference Rooms on a daily basis.

Payment in advance is required for the use of all Conference Rooms along with a $100 retainer. All retainers are subject to a non-refund due to any damage. Daily Conference Room usage is only available between the hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday.
